Ceramic packings
CERAMITEX ceramic packing is square or round braided rope. It is an excellent compactor, effecting in high temperature and under high mechanical load. The main direction of usage is sealing of gland cell of fittings, centrifugal and plunger pumps. Different types of impregnation improves properties of packings.
Names of CERAMITEX packings:
CR-1000 – Ceramic dry packing (reinforced with steel wire)
CR-600 – Ceramic dry packing (reinforced with fiberglass yarn)
CR-300m - Ceramic packing graphited, impregnated with fatty antifriction composition (reinforced with steel wire)
CR-300i - Ceramic packing graphited, impregnated with fatty antifriction composition (reinforced with fiberglass yarn)
CR-300p - Ceramic packing impregnated with PTFE dispersion (reinforced with fiberglass yarn)
